A brief word about the author

I'm Sirius, Obviously that's not the name I was born with, but it's the name I go by on the net. I have knowledge of computers and technology, I'm as you'd say, an enthusiast, however, I am still a novice, still experimenting with new things and new ways to express myself. I am, for the most part, misunderstood and left to my own devices. I am antisocial and maybe it is for the best. I write blogs about technology with a strong focus on Linux which is my primary OS. I stopped using Windows around 3-4 years ago, it's a haze, can't remember. I am a nerd at heart, I live for reading comics/technology blogs/lines from favorite comic-based tv shows online. I am heavily into fantasy, stories about knights of old and sorcery. I am a cat person now, but I love dogs too! I like my Chevy S-10's and I'm a big procrastinator. I write/maintain scripts for Linux designed to be used by new users more than anything else and I hope that after finishing this site, I'll be able to one day land a dream job working in systems admiistration for a small to medium-sized company. I am a Libra but many of the traits in Libras don't always seem to apply to me. I'm configurable and flexible. My father is a sheep farmer and sometimes I help out here and there.
